Rubber Rollers
RIPE undertakes all aspects of rubber grinding and grooving for all types of rollers, pulleys, and wheels up to 4.5m in length and 1m in diameter. All rubber durometers available (hard/ softness of the rubber).
Minor refurbishment requires an analysis of the rubber to ensure it is still within service life. If the roller is in acceptable condition the roller can then be precision ground to a smooth blemish free surface.
Major refurbishment will require the entire roller to be stripped back, recovered and ground to OEM specifications or modifications to diameter/ durometer may be requested.
