Draygon - Model DRG 60/80/120/140/Cube -50-270 GPH -Run Dry Wastewater Evaporator Units
Draygon’s DRG Run Dry Wastewater Evaporator units can produce a dry residue with collection/drying package. They are an economical wastewater disposal solution for aqueous waste streams up to 270 gallons per hour. Our technology allows the DRG and CUBE wastewater evaporators to reduce the waste stream to a fraction of the original volume, providing our customers with a highly efficient wastewater disposal solution. All DRG wastewater evaporators have as standard CRA (Chloride Resistant Alloy) stainless steel process/evaporation chamber.
This wastewater evaporator monitors the level of wastewater in the unit’s evaporation chamber, and controls the burner, exhaust fan and refill pump to keep the wastewater evaporation operating at key efficiency and continuous operation.
Clean out trays, spreader bars, advancing media filters, condensers for water recovery and custom accessories.
The evaporation rates are estimates based air at 70°F for automatic operation, water at boiling point for one hour in batch operation (solids or floating oil build-up in evaporation chamber will reduce rate), along with auto purge collection/drying system.
