Basic Character

• Appearance: Yellowish transparent viscous liquid
• Ionic:Weak Cationic
• Solid content: 46%—48%（105℃,3hours）

• Dilute method: see next page
• Dipping Process: Dilution   3~5 %( o.w.f)
• Padding Process: Dilution   5~20g/l
• Package】50KG/Drum, 120KG/Drum, 190KG/Drum, 950KG/Drum.
• Storage】Store in cool, ventilated warehouse, 6 months of storage expiry.

Dilute method

• Dilute to 6% solution, appearance will transparent
• RH-NB-8058：100KG
• Acid water: 10KG: 2Kg glacial acetic acid + 8Kg water
• Water: 1000Kg

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-8058 to reactor, start stirring;
2. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;
3. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;
4. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes, add 5Kg acid water, stir for 5 minutes;
5. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
6. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes, add 5Kg acid water, stir for 5 minutes;
7. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
8. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
9. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
10. Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
11. Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
12. Slowly add 50kg water and stir for 2-3 minutes;
13. At last add rest water, stir evenly, add glacial acetic acid to adjust PH value to 5-6
