From Start-up to international presence in one generation.
What Dr. Gebhardt & Partner GmbH started in 1988 with digital microcontrollers and simulation studies is now GEBHARDT Automation GmbH, a system provider for industrial automation. Founded by partners B. Gebhardt, PhD (who gave the name), his brother U. Gebhardt, MSc and Mr M. Pesavento, MSc, our company has been developing ever since.
From the beginnings to system provider

We have been building safety and control systems for the process industry since we were established. With the introduction of our own control cabinet manufacture in 1997, we began offering comprehensive automation solutions.

From the beginnings with three employees to a highly qualified team of 43 staff members, we have always been tapping new fields of challenge. Today we are present in over 30 countries, with exports comprising almost 75% of our turnover. We have grown to a market-wide presence with our modular, high availability automation and safety systems featuring scalable redundancy up to SIL3.
