Safion ExaMight.Contact - Rapideis Technology
The contact unit called ExaMight.Contact ensures clean electrical contact with the battery and, depending on the model, is equipped with a temperature measurement. The contact system is available for all possible cell geometries. With Examight.Desktop you can measure the quality assurance of your batteries using EIS technology.
Desktop Contact 18/21 guarantees reproducible 4-point contacting of the test object. All ExaMight.Desktop contact units are characterized by plug-and-plug integration into the ExaMight ecosystem.
The system automatically performs the contacting as soon as the battery under test is inserted. This eliminates the influence of the contacting on the measurement result.
The contact unit is connected to the measuring unit via a Harting connector. There are contact units for all cell geometries and sizes for round, pouch or prismatic cells.
