SagiCofim - Model PDP -Chair Foot Diffusers

The system involves the introduction of air, coming from the air conditioning system, directly to the base of the armchair, generating a microclimate effect around it.
The operation consists in the entry of primary air from the bottom of the cylindrical body, where inside a diffuser with a swirling helical effect (static) gives the air a change of direction, conveying it towards the perforated wall of the cylinder; this air movement creates a depression in the center of the diffuser where an inverted cone is placed which draws air from the environment, mixing with the primary air.
This generates a premixed flow which is distributed over the entire perforated surface before entering the environment at a temperature just 1-2 °C lower than the ambient temperature.
Chair diffusers operate with a temperature differential between primary air and room air of between 5 and 7 K.
The nominal air flow rate of each diffuser is between 30 and 70 m³/h and the sound power level is 15 dB(A) with a flow rate of 40 m³/h.
