The current main models are full-servo sanitary napkin production line, semi-servo sanitary napkin production line, main shaft sanitary napkin production line. The production speed is 400-600pieces/min.1.Adapt square steel structure,machine wall 25mm thickness,frame adapt 50mm solid square steel,floor plate adapt 100mmx 100mmx 8mm square steel,back driving box widen to 1100mm for easier repair.
2.Control system: adopt PLC control, touch screen to operate man-machine interface, configure LED digital display.
3.Tension system: Equipped with tension uncoiler system, constant tension control and material storage mechanism, and material deviation correction system.
4.Transmission system: It uses servo motors to drive, or frequency conversion motor transmission convenient and fast. Synchronous bands, plane bands, and bearing use internationally renowned brands.
5.Safety system: The operation interface is equipped with safety protection devices and safety signs, each section is equipped with an emergency stop switch, and the front and rear transmissions are equipped with a cooling system and a safety cable emergency stop system.
