Cherwell`s SAS Super Pinocchio II is a non-powered air sampler unit that tests the microbiological quality of  both compressed air and gases.

Using the proven SAS method of viable air sampling, the Pinocchio collects air samples onto 55mm contact plates, or 90mm Petri dishes.

Air flow from the compressed supply is regulated through a flow meter before passing through a traditional SAS sampling head.

The Pinocchio provides a controlled method for bioburden monitoring of compressed air and other gases and can be included in an environmental monitoring program.

It is ideal for use in manufacturing facilities where compressed air monitoring is falling under increasing regulatory scrutiny.
