Their facilities are engineered to accommodate varying production capacities, ranging from small-scale operations producing 2 to 4 tons of chlorine per day to large industrial operations with outputs of up to 30 tons per day. The plants produce essential chemicals including sodium hypochlorite, hydrochloric acid, and hydrogen, integral to industries like disinfection, bleaching, plastics production, and metal processing. The units comply with stringent international standards, ensuring continuous and reliable operation while maintaining high product purity. By facilitating in-house production, transport costs and regulatory restrictions associated with hazardous materials are minimized. The installations are designed for a lifespan of at least 25 years. Additionally, Welysis offers comprehensive services including commissioning, training, maintenance, and continuous improvement through its international network, facilitating optimal plant performance.
