The Scanner SHF3 VI by Scantech is engineered for advanced surface inspection and dimensional analysis across a variety of industries such as energy, extrusion, metal, lamination and converting, textiles, paper, and non-woven materials. The system skillfully merges optical imaging with traditional measurement techniques to detect visual defects including burn dots, condensation, contamination, dirt, gels, holes, insects, oil splashes, opacity variations, scratches, streaks, and wrinkles. Cameras positioned within the scanner`s frame beams ensure precise defect identification on transparent and opaque surfaces. Available with options including a scanner cooling system, odometer, pressurization for frame, electrical panel and heads expansion, and three-color indicator lights, this system supports product widths from 500 mm to 13,500 mm, with overall dimensions adjustable by increments of 500 mm, making it adaptable for diverse production needs.
