Schleuniger - Model Strip Series B240 -Multilayer Stripping Machine
The Strip Series B240 strips coaxial, multiconductor and single-conductor cables with a cross section from 0.013 to 13 mm² (36 – 6 AWG) and a diameter of up to 9 mm (0.35”). With its intuitive software interface, the programmable Strip Series B240 is quick to deploy and easy to operate. High repeat accuracy, mechanical precision, and short work cycles ensure excellent productivity. Equipped with two rotary blades, the Strip Series B240 processes coaxial and micro-coaxial cables up to 0.8 mm (0.02"), as well as multiconductor and single-conductor cables, using the same blades and universal clamp jaws without requiring changeovers. It achieves a strip length of 39 mm (1.54”) and a pull-off length of 40 mm (1.57”).Thanks to the cutter head’s high-resolution movement axes, even challenging materials like PUR, PVC, rubber, Teflon®, Tefzel®, and textile glass braiding can be stripped cleanly and reliably.
Wide Range of Stripping Possibilities
The Strip Series B240 with full or partial pull-off, multi-step, or multi-layer stripping can even process stranded wires and multiconductor cables with short jacket strips.
The semi-automatic wire stripper of the B Series offers intuitive operation on a high-resolution color touchscreen. The ergonomic design supports rapid cable processing.
The blades and general-purpose clamping jaws can be used across the entire range of cable processing applications without requiring any mechanical adjustments.
The cutter head features high rotational stability and repeat accuracy. Its high-resolution movement axes allow for the accurate stripping of even very thin cables.
