Safety and reliability with optional manual function switches. The toggle switches allow one to do each function manually: On, Off or Automatic.
This makes the system a washer and after, a manual process controller. Heat, cool, agitate, pump, drain, etc. Example: After vat pasteurizing, one could add cultures and mix yogurt, ice cream mix, yogurt drink with flavors, start cheese, etc.
