Air Torque - Model AT-HD Series -Scotch Yoke Heavy Duty Actuators
The Air Torque AT-HD Series actuators are engineered for rigorous on/off and modulating applications. Designed with both symmetric and canted yoke options, these actuators support the operation of ball, butterfly, and plug valves. They offer versatile configurations including double acting and spring return, adaptable with pneumatic or hydraulic drive supplies. These actuators are optimized for automation, adhering to global standards with ancillary attachments and accessories to ensure seamless integration. They feature patented design elements enhancing construction precision and operational efficiency. With torque output reaching up to 200,000Nm, they accommodate various working temperatures, ranging from -60°C to +150°C. Key technical features include scotch yoke mechanism, 90° rotation, and carbon steel housing, with options for multiple flange and drive shaft connections. Certified under ATEX 2014/34/EU, SIL3, and others, they meet stringent quality and compliance standards.The Air Torque AT HD Heavy Duly Actuator Series is designed for on/off and modulating duties. The AT HD
actuators can be supplied either with symmetric or canted yoke and can operate ball valves, butterfly valves and plug valves. The AT HD Series is available in both double acting and spring return configuration.
The AT HD Series is also available with pneumatic drive supply and hydraulic drive supply.
This Heavy Duty series is ready for automation, with all the ancillary attachments in compliance with the
international standards. The AT HD actuators can be equipped with various accessories and panels directly
