Lorentzzi - Model LTSCR-current -SCR Power Controller for 3-Phase Heaters
The SCR Power Controller offered by Lorentzzi is designed for efficient three-phase voltage regulation in applications such as electric furnaces, ovens, and injection molding equipment. Utilizing a Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR), it adjusts the voltage at the load by controlling the conduction angle of the thyristor, which results in precise power regulation. This model supports currents ranging from 60 A to 450 A and is equipped with a cooling fan and radiator for optimal thermal management. It features a linear output that responds to control signal variations, thus providing a consistently adjustable output voltage. The closed-loop control with PID temperature regulation ensures stable operation across varying loads and conditions.
SCR Power Controller Introduction:
- An SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier) power controller is a semiconductor device that changes the voltage on the load by adjusting the trigger conduction angle of the output thyristor, thereby adjusting the output power and realizing the load voltage from zero to the applied voltage.
- The SCR power regulator produced by Lorentzzi is an economical three-phase voltage regulator with phase output. We can also provide more powerful heater closed loop thyristor power controller.
- The control signal can be 4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC generated by our PID temperature controller, or it can be manually controlled by a potentiometer.
- The output is linear output. As the control signal increases or decreases, its output voltage will increase or decrease accordingly.
- These SCR power regulators are available in current ranges from 60 A to 450 A and are assembled with suitable heat sinks and cooling fans.
