Due to our cooperation with one of the biggest manufacturers (Harris Waste Management) in the world of scrap machines, we can supply high quality solutions which can handle more or less all different kinds of scrap. We can supply big shredders for cars and white goods and of course one of the biggest shears in the world, 2000 ton cutting force, if you need that! We have smaller machines, so do not worry - just call us for more information!. Main Purpose: To size-reduce materials, e.g. cars, so it can be sorted out in different fractions afterwards. To reduce freight costs when the scrap has to be transported to melting facilities. To cut large metal pieces down to a size that suits the melting crucible. To prepare the materials for the melting process by baling them, this prevents them from burning, but makes them melt instead.
