Titan - Model Y81 Series -Scrap Metal Baling Machine
The TITAN Y81 series hydraulic baling press, there are 9 standard models available and the customized design according to the clients` specific requirements is also available. All parts coming into contact with the metal scrap are lined with high-strength wear plates (Hardox), with Knives at the chamber side it also helps to cut the larger scrap during pressing. The solid welded construction design means that the machine can be used for processing from light material to heavy scrap under continuous operation.
The TITAN Y81 series press is mainly applied in steel mills, recycling yards, ferrous & non-ferrous smelting industry to press all kinds of metal scrap (steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, discarded automobiles, etc) into a rectangular/cylindrical/octagonal shape or other shapes under requirement, to reduce the cost of transportation, save storage space and smelting loss.
Model & Efficiency
Various models with different press force from 63-400 tons, various production capacity with different bale size & weight; other models with bigger force are also available under customized requirement.
Chamber & bale
Various chamber sizes where can put scrap material with different bale size & shape optional; the chamber inner parts are lined with various wear plates of square, trapezoid profile etc; the chamber blade is available for cutting extra material that may oversize the chamber.
Operation system
The system can be operated manually by hand valve, automatically by PLC button control, for PLC control, remote control is available.
Bale-discharging system
Bale-discharging: "turn-out", "push-out", "forward-out" & manual discharging optional; with a conveyor system, the full automatic continuous production can be realized.
Hydraulic station
The hydraulic station guarantees the supply of the system with filtered and cooled oil; the oil monitor helps to detect the real time oil level to ensure the system working; the pressure relay switch can easily change the system working pressure to adjust to different material fed into the system.
Power system & installation
Power system is electrical motor, and where there is no wire power, the equipment can be equipped with diesel engine or generator as power system; common flat ground installation and no foot bolts needed.
