HARTL SCREEN PLANT - HSP - features lowest space requirements, robust construction, small transport dimensions and high throughput capacity at low operational costs.
This product is used in natural stone processing as well as in the classification and refinement of recycled materials. Beyond that, it is appropriate for the use in road construction, earthwork, forest road construction and excavation.
The essential advantage is the electro-hydraulic dirve which provides more power than conventional electric drives. Furthermore it is much more robust and durable. With this electro-hydraulic drive system, the speed of the screen`s rotation is continuously variable and a reversal of rotation direction is possible as well.
A flexible screening of Ihe materials can be achieved fast and simple by interchangeable screen meshes. The screen plant is best built to be feeded direct from a bucket crusher or bucket screener, to receive 3 resp. 4 finished fractions The final fractions can be placed and used afterwards immediately on site. All components and materials are of highest quality.
