Your material is particularly sticky and caking? Fine! With our patented easily retrofitted Flip-Flow cassette, your screening layers of your mobile screening machine will still stay clean!
- Screening of difficult, sticky or wet materials with separation cuts of approx. 0.2 to 120 mm.
Any type of recycling materials such as, for example combustion slag, light and heavy shredder fractions, metal scrap, electric scrap, building rubble, domestic, industrial and bulky waste, compost, plastic fractions, biomass, etc.
Because of the flip-flow screen deck, it is also possible to screen large grain material.
Due to the screen deck with the 3D-screen segments, the loads on the expansion shaft screen mats are reduced.
The screen mats of the tensioned shaft screen are fixed without screws and have no edges.
- Almost completely blockage-free screening in the upper and lower deck due to the proven 3D and tensioning shaft technology.
- The 3D screening segments guarantee a long particle-free granulation in the right size and without disturbing materials for the flip-flow screenlower deck.
- This is due to the fact that the flip-flow screen is mounted with screwless screen mats. Unnecessary cleaning work is avoided and maintenance times are reduced.
- To make screen changes as easy as possible, the screen box can be raised hydraulically by 500 mm.
