Berkshire CapSure - Model VP -Sealed-Edge, Cleanroom-Laundered Wipe
Berkshire CapSure–VP is a sealed-edge, cleanroom-laundered wipe specially engineered for exceptional surface cleaning. A patented (#8,431,497) surface treatment enables the wipe to capture and retain particulate contamination. This reduces the likelihood of cross contamination and improves cleaning capabilities on critical surfaces. CapSure–VP’s no-run interlock knit construction provides a smooth surface texture and excellent absorbency. CapSure–VP wiper is recommended for cleanroom environments rated ISO Class 3 and above.

Patented wiper surface treatment captures and retains particulate contamination. Sealed edge for low lint reduced fiber contamination. Laundered and packaged in a Berkshire ISO Class 4 cleanroom. Captures 42 times more particles than competitive (untreated) cleanroom wipes and retains 93% of particles captured. Airborne particle release 80% lower than competitive particle attraction wipers. Designed for the highest level of contamination control in critical processing applications. Uses include, Oxidation, Metallization, CVD or Photolithography processes. Cleaning of medical device products. Stencil and other print roll cleaning applications. Chamber cleaning and CMP processing.
