The company is located on an area of 6000 sq. m, 3100 of which are covered. It employs 30 workers who produce the compounds, are in charge of the moulding and finishing processes, as well as of packing, storing and shipping the products.

Compounds department

The compound production department is fully computerized and equipped with an automatic management system both in the weighing phase of the components and in the production phase of the compounds.

The laboratory

The laboratory is equipped with various control instruments: rheometer, durometer, viscometer, dynamometer, stoves for ageing testing in air and oil, electronic thickness and hardness detection tools and other tools for tje characterization of the compounds.

Presses department

Our presses department features presses for:

Compression moulding up to 1400 tons and worktops of up to 1600x1500 mm
Ijection moulding up to 700 tons and injection volumes of up to 8000 cm³.
