DeMuth - Security Lockout System

Removable lockout panel prevents unauthorized access and covers five rungs of the ladder. The two hooks at the top are placed over a ladder rung and the U-clamp at the bottom is fastened over the bottom rung with a padlock. Panel measure 66” high, 19-1/2” wide, 2” deep, and is manufactured from 16 gauge G-90 galvanized steel.
