Neoecogen - Self Cleaning Filters and Submersible Pumps
The self-cleaning intake filters protect pumps from blocking. Maintenance & downtime are reduced. Wildlife and other equipment are protected and the filters stay clean.
- Self-cleaning Submersible Filter Pumps - pumping and filtering in one compact unit.
- Automatic Backwash Filters and Strainers - 21st Century alternative to traditional basket strainers.
- Automatic Self-cleaning Filter System - re-cycles industrial waste water for re-use.
- Custom Built Self-cleaning Strainers - we can build a filter to meet your needs
- We now offer a huge range of larger Filterpumps giving you a far greater choice of flow rates and pressures.
- Now you can use our submersible pumps with integral self-cleaning intake screens to pump up to 150m3 / hour of dirty water without worrying about your suction intake, pump or other equipment blocking.
- With a range of pressures up to 20 bar, our filterpumps are ideal for irrigation, pumping wash-water even in very difficult water conditions.
Our filterpumps are submersible, continuously rated and have their own built -in self-cleaning filter. Pumping and filtering are combined. The self-cleaning intake filter keeps the filter mesh clear of any suspended solids and debris to protect the pump and other equipment. The suction intake self-cleans whenever the pump is running.
The same self-cleaning mechanism keeps the filter mesh clear on all our products. Our submersible filter pumps with their built-in self-cleaning intakes produce a continuous backwash to the filter mesh whenever they run. Our self-cleaning filters take a backwash flow from the filtered output of your surface mounted pump to keep their mesh clear.
Every ½ second the self-cleaning filter built onto our submersible pumps is cleaned completely. This keeps any solids away from the filter screen, preventing them entering the pump and beyond. The automatic backwash keeps the filter screen clean and free from debris without interrupting the filter output. The very efficient self-cleaning action allows fine filter meshes to be fitted without fear of blockage. Pumps, filters and any upstream nozzles and valves are protected from blockage and damage.
Traditional pumps are fitted with a coarse intake screen which will only keep out the larger particles. If there are many solids in the water these screens often block, starving the pump of water and needing frequent cleaning. Not so with the selfcleaning system for filters and filterpumps.
Our submersible pumps are low head filter pumps with integral self-cleaning intake filters. They have a maximum output of 220 litres/minute and pressure of 1.1 bar. These pumps that can be fitted with 60, 115 or 300 micron aperture mesh on the self-cleaning intake.
Their ease of use, low maintenance and combination of hassle-free intake filtration and pumping makes them ideal for dirty water use.
