G-Ion Resin - Model GMB-101IND -Self Indicating Mixed Bed Resin
G-ion GMB-101IND is a high capacity, color change mixed bed ion exchange resin consisting of a mixture of a gel. Type I strong base anion resin and a gel strong acid cation resin. The color of cation resin changes from purple into yellow when exhausted. It is always used for self indicating to tell exhausted point or other special use as indicator.
G-ion GMB-101IND same as other ready use mixed bed, be used for water demineralization and deionization, conductivity is more than O.lus/cm. Exposure of the resin to daylight can also result in loss of indicator color. Accordingly the resin should be loaded into the cartridges as soon as possible after opening the bags, and any unused resin repacked in airtight packaging which is impervious to daylight.
