Goldsan - Model CPJ-2L -Semi-Auto Reheat Stretch Blow Moulding Machine
Semi-Auto reheat stretch blow moulding machine (2L) is designed for producing PET plastic containers and bottle from 50ml-2000ml, such as carbonated bottle, mineral water, pesticide bottle, oil bottle, cosmetics, wide-mouth bottle, hot-filling bottles etc. It’s air system has been divided into two parts: pneumatic action part and bottle blow part to meet the different requirements for the action and blow. It can provide sufficient and steady high pressure for blowing large irregular shaped bottles. With microcomputer controlling system, it controls various technical parameter more accurately and more steadily. Only one worker can operate. Generally, the machine has two type, one heater, one blower and one heater, two blowers.
- Adopts double crank to adjust mold, heavy locking mold, stable and fast, adopts infrared oven to heat the preform, the preform rotated and heated equally

- Machine is also equipped with muffler and oiling system to lubricate the mechanical part of the machine

What an operator should do during production is just to put heated preform into the blow mold and press the switch, and then computer will take care of the whole procedure.
