Lumina - Model Aries 6506 -Sensitivity & High-Speed sCMOS Camera
The Aries 6506 is a state-of-the-art scientific camera designed for high-performance imaging applications, combining sensitivity, a large field of view, and rapid data acquisition speed. Powered by the latest GSense6510BSI sensor, this camera excels with a peak quantum efficiency of 95% and minimal read noise of 0.7e-. It confidently handles fast-paced multidimensional imaging tasks while minimizing sample damage. With a frame rate of 200 fps, users have the option to select full well capacities ranging from 1000e- to 15,000e-, ensuring high-quality intensity measurements without saturation. The 22 mm diagonal sensor with 6.5 micron pixels provides an optimal field of view suitable for modern microscopes. Integrated with a standard GigE data interface, the Aries 6506 ensures reliable and efficient data transfer, eliminating the necessity for costly frame grabbers or complex custom interfaces.
- Ultimate Sensitivity
The Aries 6506 uses the latest GSense6510BSI sensor, with peak QE of 95% and read noise as low as 0.7e-, achieving high sensitivity to drive speed, minimal sample damage and fast switching on multi-dimensional acquisitions.
- Useable High Speed Acquisition
Measuring fast changes in signal requires not only high speed, but also large enough full well capacity to resolve that change. For example, if a high speed of 500 fps only provide you 200e- full well, your image details will be saturated before usable measurements can be made. Aries 6506 delivers 200 fps with user selectable full well of 1000e- to 15,000e-, resulting much better quality on your intensity measurements.
- 22 mm Diagonal FOV
Aries 6506 camera’s large 22 mm diagonal delivers the ideal field of view seen with a 6.5 micron pixels for the most modern microscopes.
- GigE Interface Drives Speed & Simplicity
The Aries 6506 uses standard GigE data interface, which delivers high quality data transferring without the need for an expensive frame grabber, bulky cables, nor complicated boot sequence seen with custom data interfaces.
