The 24” Wide Portable Clean Room offers up to an ISO Class 5 cleanroom to help protect the process from outside contamination and particulate. This system utilizes a vertical laminar airflow pattern and a dual-stage filtration to create a positive-pressure environment by supplying filtered air to the workspace. The Portable Clean Room draws in ambient air and processes the air through a pre-filter and main filter. Main filter choices include HEPA filtration (up to 99.97% efficiency on particles down to 0.3 microns) and ULPA filtration (up to 99.9995% efficiency on particles down to 0.12 microns). The 24” Portable Clean Room offers a reliable and low-maintenance operation for a variety of applications. This unit’s compact size and portable nature also make it a good choice for field-testing applications that require frequent travel. To manage the air volume, this unit comes standard with a variable speed controller.
