Zetas - Separator Filter
Separator Filter systems provide the removal of solid materials or particle particles that weigh more than water by centrifugal force.
While the water enters the inlet section of the filter tangentially, the particles heavier than water are thrown towards the device walls and descend towards the collection area with spiral movements.
Particles collected in the lower chamber of the filter are periodically or continuously emptied manually or automatically.
The water separated from the particles is drawn upwards by the vortex in the middle of the separator and passes to the outlet line.
What is a separator filter?
Separator filters are quality filter devices that help to separate large particles with a length of seventy or more microns in a healthy way. They are filters made of stainless steel. However, due to its protective nature against external factors, epoxy paint is used on the outer layer. There are two types of separator filters. One is the manual type, which is manually adjustable, and the other is easily adjustable automatically. The general purpose of these filters is to trap the substances that need to pass through the filter, such as sand and shaft, to the substrate very easily, so that the water is cleaned and purification process takes place.
- It has the feature of working 24 hours without interruption.
- It holds all particles up to 70 microns.
- Can operate in high capacity ranges
- It has automatic self-cleaning feature.
- It is not necessary to cut off the water during cleaning.
- It does not require spare parts, there are no moving parts inside.
- Its maintenance consists only in cleaning the chamber where solids are collected.
- The pressure loss is constant, there is no change in flow even at high capacities.
- There is no risk of clogging as there is no filter element inside.
