TDI Engineering and Machinery - Model VB Series -Sewage Suction Truck
Vacuum trucks in the VB Series by TDI Engineering and Machinery are designed for robust performance in removing and transporting sand, stones, bottles, cans, grease, sludge, and other debris from sanitary sewers or drain lines. The core functionality derives from a powerful, positive displacement vacuum pump or blower that generates intense suction. The vacuum units come equipped with a cylindrical debris tank to collect extracted materials, and can be customized extensively with hydraulic and pneumatic components to meet specific operational requirements. These trucks can be mounted on two, three, or four-axle chassis, offering flexibility in tank volumes and configurations. Ideal for both sewer system maintenance and broader industrial vacuum applications, the VB Series represents a versatile solution tailored to meet diverse disposal and industrial operational needs.
Vacuum truck is used for removing and transporting sand, stones, bottles, cans, grease, sludge and other debris from sanitary sewer and/or drain lines by strong suction action which is created by a positive displacement vacuum pump or a blower . Besides cleaning of sanitary sewer systems, vacuum trucks also provide efficient solutions to industrial vacuum requirements . Although vacuum unit is basically equipped with a vacuum pump and a cylindrical debris tank for collecting all materials coming from the sewer system , it’s possible to obtain versatility by adding hydraulic and pneumatic components so that it fulfills the requirement of specific operations.
Sewage vacuum equipment can be constructed on different kind of truck chassis of two, three, or four axles with the following tank volumes:
