SF6 Relations - Model RFA -SF6 Modular Gas Handling Cart

The RFA modular SF6 handling cart consists of 2-6 modules, which can be matched as needed. RFA is designed for gas recovery and treatment in small-scale SF6 gas chambers. It is equipped with a small high-speed oil-free compressor as standard, which can achieve the operation of two machines in parallel to improve the recovery rate. The efficient vacuum compressor can finish the negative pressure recovery of the gas compartment < 100pa. The unique refrigeration module improves work speed and increases the processing capacity of sulfur hexafluoride gas.
