Shangu - Magnetic Turbo Blower
The core components of Shangu magnetic levitation blower are active magnetic levitation bearings and high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motors.It is using the world’s leading turbine machinery technology. High-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor and high-efficiency ternary flow impeller are directly connected, no contact, no friction, no lubrication required, completely eliminating transmission loss. The ternary flow impeller is made of high-strength aluminum / titanium alloy, which has been tested by 100% X-ray inspection and 115% over-speed test to ensure efficient and reliable operation. The magnetic levitation blower realizes intelligent control of frequency conversion, which can realize local and remote control. The noise of Shangu magnetic levitation blower is about 80 decibels. Compared with the traditional blower, it can save more than 30% of energy.

The air enters the ternary flow impeller which is directly driven by the magnetic levitation high-speed permanent magnet motor. The kinetic energy and pressure potential energy are generated by the impeller rotating at high speed. Part of the kinetic energy is converted into pressure potential energy in the diffuser and the volute flow channel, and the flow direction is changed. Then the air enters the pipe network through exhaust pipe.
