About Seamless PipesThe CS Seamless Pipes are measured by outside diameter, the Seamless Pipes are measured by inside diameter also. It is often confusing as to which size, shape, color die the customer actually needs – Pipe Size or Tubing Size or Seamless Pipes Size. Keep in mind that Seamless Pipes refers to a nominal – not actual – inside and outside pipe diameter. The wall thickness of the Seamless Pipes is measured in inches (.0035″), or by the standard gauge from 10 (heaviest) to 30 (lightest) which corresponds to a range of wall thicknesses. Seamless Pipes can come in different shapes such as square, rectangular and cylindrical, and many more whereas Pipe is always round or maybe geometrical in shape. The circular shape of the Seamless Pipes makes the pressure force evenly circulated. Seamless Pipes accommodate larger applications with sizes that range from a ½ inch to several feet.
