SHST - Model SH-NanoOne Plus -Microspectrophotometer

The SH-NanoOne Plus is a versatile microspectrophotometer equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen interface running on an Android system, ensuring an intuitive user experience. This device offers rapid detection capabilities, completing measurements in just 2-6 seconds without requiring sample dilution. It features an auto-detection function and eliminates the need for preheating, allowing immediate use after powering on. Central to its optical performance is the long-life Xenon flash lamp, supported by precise pathlength control for reliable repeatability. Designed for minimal sample volume, it accommodates 0.5 to 2μl, with the ability to reuse samples post-analysis, making it ideal for scarce specimens. The system includes an integrated fluorometer for high-sensitivity detection of low-concentration samples such as dsDNA and RNA at sensitivities as low as 0.5pg/μl. Additional functionalities include temperature control up to 37°C and adjustable stirring speeds between 100-900rpm for cuvette measurements. Data export is conveniently offered in Excel and JPG formats.
