The excellent results are obtained thanks to our new high-efficiency centrifugals SM pumps coupled to the latest generation engines JCB DIESELMAX and our innovative warmth exchanger.
WINNING STRATEGY.
With the goal of lowering fuel consumption, we studied our pumps SM for work at an rpm where the new engines JCB DIESELMAX develop maximum torque, which coincides with the point of least fuel consumption. We were able to obtain exceptional hydraulic efficiency, arriving
at 83%. High efficiency means less power consumption, less effort required by the engine, so less fuel consumed.
QUALITY MEANS RELIABILITY.
First we make our pumps SM entirely in Italy. We mount a torsional vibration damper, which transmit the power to the shaft-pump made of special steel used in the field of marine propulsion. The special casing of the engine block JCB DIESELMAX dramatically reduces vibration without the aid of the balance shafts. The engine maintenance JCB DIESELMAX is reduced at intervals of 500 hours. Less hassle and low maintenance means less cost.
