Sihai - Waste PE Plastic Pyrolysis Plant
Waste plastic pyrolysis plant converts various of plastics such as PE, PP, PVC, ABS,PS, PET into fuel oil with high output. Waste plastic pyrolysis plant can process various kinds of plastic waste, one of the most difficult waste material which can not be easily disposed on earth. We have mature pyrolysis technology to convert the waste plastic to fuels oil with high oil yield. Waste plastic converts into oil and carbon black under an oxygen-free environment through the process of pyrolysis. The final product is plastic oil which can be used as fuel oil directly or be refined to diesel and gasoline by our vacuum distillation plant for better use. Nothing goes to waste – Oil refining uses its resources very wisely.

Eco- friendly:
Automatic loading of plastic material by hydraulic feeder. The exhaust gas generated during pyrolysis process will get through purification scrubbers before the emission.
Energy Saving
The combustible waste gas will be recycled and reused to supply heating needs of pyrolysis process.
