Silo Filling Method with Silobas

Silobas are road vehicles that provide safe, economical and closed volume transportation of all kinds of hazardous and non-hazardous bulk materials such as cement, lime, plaster, calcite, liberal, silica sand, food and similar materials in powder and granule form. The silo arriving at the facility approaches the silo to be filled. The silo operator connects the silo hose to the silo filling pipe. The powder material system compressor is pressurized in the compartments filled into the silo storage. When the desired temperatures are reached, the inflation valve opens. The air material produced by the compressor is continued along the pipeline and transferred to the storage silo. The material is separated from the transport air by the jet impact filter located on the silo. In this way, the material coming with the silo is transferred to the storage silo.
