Simflex - Compression Springs

Common specification data
Our standard compression spring is divided into H, R and S of three series.
Each series is available in two materials: piano steel and stainless steel.
The spring with hole of H series, the spring with tie rod of R series, H series and R series have 32 kinds of outside diameter and inside diameter specifications, each outside diameter/inside diameter has 5 kinds of length, each length has 5 kinds of load, a total of 1600 kinds of specifications can be selected.

Materials
Compression springs can be manufactured from a variety of materials, common materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, piano wire, nickel alloys, copper alloys, and so on. Choosing the correct spring material for your application can involve a number of factors from ambient temperatures, corrosive environments, and even the normal weather patterns where the springs will be used.

Ends
There are four primary end type configurations for compression springs. The compression spring end may be ground or unground, and the end coils may be an open or closed coil.

Surface treatment

SIMFLEX compression springs can be manufactured with a selection of commonly requested or specialty finishes and processes. Finishes may include Zinc plating, Electrophoresis, Spray, Black Oxide, Gold Irridite, Paint, Passivation, Rubber. Special surface treatments are available upon request.

Spiral Direction 
Normally right hands, can be customized at the customer’s request.
