SimplTrack - Model 2 -Auto-Tracking Camera
The HuddleCamHD SimplTrack2 is a pan, tilt, and zoom camera that automatically tracks subjects and requires no camera operator. The SimplTrack2 is also ideal for non-studio environments, such as broadcasts from houses of worship, offices, schools and other locations. Designed to simplify camera control for live presentations, the SimplTrack2 is the most advanced and reliable auto-tracking camera on the market.
The SimplTrack2 uses fluid AI based auto-tracking technology. With an Ultra-HD 4K reference camera to steer a 20X optical zoom camera, the SimplTrack2 can be mounted up to 50 feet (16 meters) from a speaker to track that person’s movement across a field of view. With full control over scene height and width, users can customize frame settings to capture entire white board spaces, allowing the camera to automatically pan, tilt and zoom with a variety of speed settings to match presentation styles.
In addition to auto-tracking, users can create up to four unique preset zones within a scene. When the subject moves within these zones, the camera will stay fixed on that location.
SimplTrack2 preset zones can also be used to automate AV systems. Each preset zone can be used to send an HTTP, TCP or UDP trigger to control systems such as Crestron, Extron or even software like vMix. In this way, users can use preset zones to switch video for lectures that are being recorded or even turn on various AV-connected devices. For example, use a preset zone to automatically show a teacher’s presentation PC full screen in a recording.
Manage on a Network AND Live Stream
The SimplTrack2 camera control software makes managing and controlling cameras connected to a network easier. The software can be used for live viewing, camera control, video recording (via SD card, or local computer hard drive), live streaming management, zone configurations and tracking parameter adjustments.
The SimplTrack2 can live stream directly to Facebook, YouTube and other CDNs. Live stream to up to four destinations at the same time, for production or high-quality video monitoring. The SimplTrack2 also features a 3.5mm audio input to include audio with each stream.

SimplTrack2 comes equipped with HuddleCamHD’s dedicated management software, allowing enterprises with large-scale deployments to remotely configure and control an unlimited network of cameras from anywhere on the same LAN. The software can automatically detect all SimplTrack2 cameras on the network, as well as HuddleCamHD’s SimplTrack Lite and HuddleView. If your setup includes other cameras, these can be manually added to the management software.
