SINGA GALAXY SEPARATOR Is the ultimate separation technology to produce clarified and non-emulsified fuel, e.g., diesel, for critical analyzer measurement, such as Color, Freeze Point, Distillation, RVP, and MOGAS blending NIR measurement.
In the refining process, on-line analyzers to monitor fuel properties continuously are critical to ensure the final product are within allowable tolerance. Unfortunately, liquid fuel often form emulsions with particulates and water, which block the light transmission of an optical analyzer as in the case of color measurement. Emulsified caustic water in fuel can also form hard coatings over the delicate pressure sensor of RVP analyzer. These phenomenon leads to analyzer reading inaccuracy and unreliability.
The innovative Singa Galaxy Separator employs a perfect proprietary path to remove particulates and water (up to ppm level). It can also be integrated with our patented Merlin® cyclone separator to tackle even the most severe conditions.
