The GWS conveyor is modularly built and easy to construct after the wishes you may have to the different middle sections and bendings in different degrees.

As a standard feature the middle sections are being delivered in following lengths: 490, 990, 1390, 1990 and 2990 mm.

Furthermore, we deliver bendings in following degrees: 15 degrees and 45 degrees both ascending and descending. It is possible to assemble more bendings, if the conveyor is to run vertical or in other gradients.

The modules are as a feature standard constructed in galvanized plate. The bottom plate is 3 mm. The side plate and the top plate are 2 mm. If there are any requests to the materials because of the inside - or the outside environment, the conveyors can be delivered in stainless, painted, etc.

In the middle of the bottom plate a heavy chain rail is installed and made in a durable material, whereon the conveying chain runs. It ensures a very noiseless service and a very long service life.

The GWS conveyer is constructed so it has a free span up to 8 meters between the supports.

The conveyor is ATEX approved on the inside up to Zone 21 and is delivered with Brilex explosion valves.
