Scott - Single Shaft Horizontal Batch Mixer
Scott Equipment provides a single-shaft mixer that could be an excellent option for your batch-mixing process. The mixer has different agitator designs, including ribbon and paddle agitators, which produce a balanced and homogenous mixture of materials. The agitators ensure an efficient and high-quality dry mix time of 90-120 seconds, with a low coefficient of variation.
Our single-shaft mixers offer a high rotation mixing action with an end-to-end conveyance design of the agitator, which results in shorter cycle times and better repeatability from batch to batch. The Single Shaft mixer can mix different batch sizes while achieving excellent mixing results. With its lower horizontal mixer profile, the Single Shaft is an excellent choice if height limitations are a concern.
