The CAL-UG series single station vacuum hopper loader is engineered for the efficient transport of plastic granules over extended distances, servicing extruders, injection molding machines, and blow molding machines. This series includes six distinct models, each equipped with vacuum blowers that range between 1 and 15 horsepower. The robust design and versatile functionality of the CAL-UG loaders make them suitable for various industrial applications where the precise and reliable conveyance of plastic materials is essential.

The CAL-UG series single station vacuum hopper loader are designed specifically for transporting plastic granules over long distances to extruders, injection molding, and blow molding machines. The CAL-UG series is comprised of six models equipped with vacuum blowers from 1 to 15HP.

  • Two stage cyclone and filter technology with large dust collection bin for easy maintenance.
  • Air blow-down allows dust removal via a cyclone dust separator.
  • Microprocessor control is housed away from the main control box to minimize interference and improve ease of operation.
  • Vacuum pump includes safety filter, relief valve and motor control all mounted on industrial frame with leveling feet.
  • Cloth vacuum filter with stainless mesh backing.
  • Vacuum breaking diaphragm valve for quick material discharge.
  • Back-up on E-Prom in case of power failure. Does not require a backup battery.
  • Audible and visual alarms.
  • Air accumulator provides contamination-free processing for recycled material or for contaminants in the resin (for CAL-5HP-UG and above).
  • Two types of filters for powder: bag for 30% powder conveying or plate for 100% powder conveying.
  • Set regrind mix ratio function via an optional CPV-U and couple with a quick mixing valve to enhance the mixing effect.
  • Buzzer alarm.
