CMI manufactures three types of sparger:
Aerator Plate: The outside cage is made by stainless steel, sealing is the kind of material which is oil proof, ozone proof, corrosion resistance. Titanium Plates sizing fromФ100~Ф400 are used for gas distribution.
Aerator Pipe: It is welded by sintered titanium pipe sizing fromФ22~Ф60 and compact titanium, can be connected with main pipe by thread.
Mushroom Shape Aerator: It is welded by Titanium porous spherical cap and titanium compact, can be connected with main pipe by thread. We can also tailor make acc. to customer request.
This is a porous gas dosing unit (porous: 0.45~100um) which is manufactured by Isostatic cool pressing, vacuum sintering, and other processings. It is made by pure titanium powder.
It is not only corrosion resistance, but also light weight, high strength, Uniform bubbles, wide range gas diffuser, non-clogging, and so on.
