The IEC 60312 Vacuum Cleaner Air Performance Testing System is designed to measure critical performance metrics of vacuum cleaners, including voltage, current, input power, power factor, suction power, air volume, vacuum degree, and efficiency. The system employs digital synchronous sampling technology to acquire precise electrical parameter data through an electrical parameter meter. The output metrics such as suction power, flow rate, and vacuum degree are calculated using integrated flow and vacuum sensors in combination with secondary instruments. An associated PC-based control system automates the data measurement process for each orifice plate, enabling detailed analysis and reporting. This system is equipped to generate performance curves, save test data, and print comprehensive test reports. Suitable for use by vacuum cleaner manufacturers and testing institutions, it conforms to IEC60312 and IEC62885-2016 standards. Additionally, it features both AC and DC parameter measurement capabilities, high accuracy vacuum transmitters, and European Standard B type orifice plates to meet rigorous testing requirements. The output parameters (suction power, flow, vacuum degree) and efficiency are measured by the combination of the flow and vacuum sensors and secondary instruments. Equipped with a PC computer and control system to automatically measure the data of each orifice plate of the vacuum cleaner, all test data can be drawn into curves, queried, and reports, curves, and test reports can be saved and printed.
