Design Criteria

pH adjustment systems are tailor made to the specific requirements of any application based on:

The pH of the incoming stream – which may be stable or fluctuating
The flow characteristics of the incoming stream: average flow, peak flow duration of fluctuations
The desired pH value for the outgoing stream
The available space for installation

System Components

Mixing tank(s) with vigorous or flash mixing devices
Chemical dosing units for alcalic and acid solutions
pH sensor
Electronic Controller (PID)
