KWS - Skip Loader Scale
Vehicle-mounted weighing systems are often a deeply integrated part and can only be installed during the construction of the vehicle in a cost-optimized manner. In addition, there are weighing applications on moving parts, some of which are subject to high mechanical loads, such as Cranes and skimmers. Solutions in which power supply and signal lines have to be wired often lead to regular service cases with considerable costs for repairs. Not so with a KWS wireless scale. The wireless weighing system developed by us works independently with its own power supply from a rechargeable battery.

The skip loader scale consists of the following parts
- Weighing terminal IT3000 with wireless base station
- Optional with printer (SP298 or DP8340)
- Wireless weighing cell with rechargeable batteries
- Optional external control buttons

With a skip container scale, the container is weighed directly at the customer`s site when it is loaded. Our system is characterized by the freely swinging mounting of the weighing module. As a result, entanglements and oscillations do not interfere with the weighing. Exceeding the lifting capacity is also reduced. The information on the body scales applies in principle. The skip container scale is approved for up to 40 tons.
