Slurry Vacuum Tanker
Tank: Vacuum proof tanker trailer of 29,000 liter volume. Welded, steel tank, with 5mm thick walls, self-supporting, 2000mm diameter, high pressure performance. The individual container elements are customized, fitted together and then welded inside and out. Doing this makes the tank extremely vacuum tight. Additionally, there are 3 baffles and 7 stiffening rings from U-iron welded into the container. Water cooled vacuum compressor 14,200 Liter air flow/hour, with hydraulic drive via an oil motor. Power required to drive: approx. 80 Litres/Minute at approx. 180 bar. Pneumatic switching from suction - pushing. Sight tube, with cleaning port, at the front left side of the container. Overfill equipment with locking balls located on the top front of the tank. Syphon separator with ball tap for draining. Muffler for oil separator and air filter.
- Vacuum safety valve, over pressure safety valve
- 8“ Turbo filler with oil-hydraulic-drive, mounted under the tank. 6” intake ports, right and left with wedge gate valve and ventilated quick coupler.

- 8" docking device with pneumatically operated feeder gate back on top of the container.
- Automatic aerator on the front top of the tank. The docking device gate can only be opened when the aeration valve is open.
- One 6“ left and right swiveling outlet pipe, rare mounted on the tank.
- Rare manhole cover with 6” connector flange and blind cover.
- One connector flange, located at the front underside of the tank, for rinsing connector with blind cover.
- DN 500 mechanically foldable dome cover on the front topside of the tank
- Ladder at the front left side.
- Aluminum case for hose fittings approx. 5000mm long, right and left.
- 4 working lights, 2 reversing lights.
- The container is finished inside and out
- Internally coated with Sika-Permacor. Exterior is treated with primer and paint. RAL colour on request
