It is common to communicate on a daily basis for us to guide you during your initial set up. What we always say is that “As long as it’s not contaminated, we can fix anything”.

- Our business model allows us to sell our high-quality products at reasonable prices, especially when compared to other bioreactors systems or even flasks and roller bottles. It’s a single use system, and can run for 6months to 2years continuously, saving thousands of flasks.
