DeviGyro - Model RG30 Helix -Small Diameter In-Rod Instrument
The DeviGyro RG30 Helix is designed for small diameter in-rod surveying, with a 30mm body and adaptable centralizers making it particularly suitable for drilling applications such as slim-rod RC. Providing all the benefits which the innovative DeviGyro technology has to offer, the DeviGyro RG30 Helix is simply the latest purpose-built running gear configuration in the DeviGyro range.
The DeviGyro RG30 Helix centralizers automatically adapt to the drill string dimension in use and will fit diameters ranging from approximately 30 to 50mm.
The centralizers offer dual functionality, providing solutions for both the proprietary helix surveying method and the standard non-rotating surveying method.
In addition to the centralizers and pressure barrel the RG30 Helix running gear assembly kit includes a top sub swivel, a bull nose and 4 sinker bars that may be mounted in front and behind the pressure barrel to ensure smooth descent down the drill pipe.
The DeviGyro RG30 Helix can be attached directly to the wireline or used in combination with the DeviRodder, making it the ideal solution for any type of small diameter in-rod surveying.
