Seepex - Smart Air Injection Pumps (SAI)

Smart Air Injection is a SEEPEX system solution that is customized according to the individual requirements of the customer and their pumped media. It was initially developed for environmental applications and is particularly useful for pumping dewatered sludge with a dry matter content of 20-40% – whether in thermal processing, recycling or agriculture. The system uses compressed air and polymer injections to convey sewage sludge over distances of up to 1,000 meters. This innovative combination ensures a low pressure level in the delivery line as well as low friction which means a long life cycle and low operating costs.
