PlugCo - Model SPCS -Smart Pressure Control System

The Smart Pressure Control System is especially recommended for use when the user needs to keep the plug in the pipeline for more than a few hours. In such cases, external factors, such as temperature changes, can affect the pressure. Excess inflation pressure can cause the plug to burst, while a drop in pressure can lead to the plug sliding due to back pressure, potentially resulting in another burst. This is where the SPCS comes into play, efficiently supplying or releasing air to maintain the specified pressure level. The device can be easily set to the required pressure mechanically and operates via a simple On/Off switch.

A pressure gauge placed on the device allows for real-time monitoring of the inflation pressure, providing transparency and control. The SPCS is equipped with a single air supply connection that must be connected to the compressor, while the other two access points are connected to the pipe plug, which is already equipped with two inflation ports.
